After signing up for your membership via our website, you have the right to withdraw from your membership within 14 days. This withdrawal is free of charge, provided you have not yet used your membership, meaning you have not logged in or entered the gym.
If you have used the facilities during this 14-day period, GymKing will charge or deduct the appropriate fees for the period in which the gym was accessed. The registration fee is non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal form and send it by email to: klantenservice@gymking.nl
Upon receipt, we will cancel your membership and refund any remaining balance. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
Na ontvangst zullen wij je abonnement ontbinden en het (restant) bedrag aan jou terug storten. Houdt rekening met een verwerkingstijd van 30 dagen.
