To ensure that we can address any matters quickly and efficiently, we have created this “Report Page” especially for you. Here, you can easily and directly share any issues with the manager, so that we can take action and resolve them as soon as possible.
How does it work?
Please fill in the form with the following:
Your contact details: We kindly ask you to provide your contact information so we can get in touch with you if further clarification is needed or to keep you updated on the progress of resolving the issue.
Equipment number (if applicable): If the issue concerns a defect in one of our machines, please include the equipment number. Every machine is labeled with a black sticker containing a unique number and our logo. This allows us to immediately identify the exact machine.
Description of the issue or feedback: Provide a detailed description of the issue, malfunction, or defect you have noticed. The more information you share, the better we can identify and resolve the problem.
Location: Select which branch your report concerns.
